Day 4 - Central and Western Tenerife (19.10.2026)
Visiting the Village Masca - the Local Machu Picchu

We will start our day with a visit to the pirate village of Masca, nestled in the gorge of the Los Gigantes mountains. To reach the village, we will drive along a narrow, winding road (it will be a bit scary but thrilling!). On the way, we will stop at the best viewpoints with views of Masca, the neighboring islands, and the most beautiful panoramic scenes around.

We will stroll through the village, which is rightfully called the most picturesque place in Tenerife. According to legend, pirates hid here with their treasures (no wonder! The Masca gorge is about 1,300 meters deep).

We will dance to "Despacito" performed by a representative of the Guanche tribe (the indigenous people of the Canary Islands).

We will try a unique treat (as recommended by the locals), which cannot be found anywhere else on the island. What exactly it is will remain our secret until we reveal it on the spot.

Trip to the Westernmost Point of the Island

We will drive to the western part of the island along the most extreme road in Tenerife (an episode of "Fast & Furious 6" was filmed here). We will walk around the area near the lighthouse with views of the neighboring island of La Gomera. If the group wishes, we will swim at a wild beach with an incredible view of the Los Gigantes cliffs.

Excursion to the Picturesque Canarian Town

In the evening, we will have an excursion in the picturesque Canarian town of Garachico. This town has been completely "erased" from the face of the Earth twice but has risen from the ashes each time. We will stroll through the historic center, visit the park, and climb to the viewpoint above the town center.

If you wish, we can take you to dine on ocean delicacies at one of the best local restaurants, featuring wonderful staff, authentic atmosphere, excellent service, and ocean views.

If it's open, we will also have the chance to swim in the lava pools that were formed by the encounter of hot lava and ocean water.

We will return home late in the evening and most likely fall asleep right away, enjoying a sweet slumber.
